Our stretch and restore class is great for any beginner that wants to focus on flexibility, breathing, and posture. The exercises and stretches are simple and easy but effective for restoring your health. The class is done mostly from the mat and with light strengthening and techniques used to fix postural imbalances. Back to Schedule


Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Like other meditative movement practices used for health purposes, various styles of yoga typically combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. This fact sheet provides basic information about yoga, summarizes scientific research on effectiveness and safety, and suggests sources for additional information. Back to Schedule


This is an exercise class that is focused on building core strength without bulk, improving flexibility, agility, and helping to prevent injury. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind. This class consists of full body exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying down position. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. Back to Schedule


This class provides an opportunity to increase your strength and endurance by focusing on total body high intensity exercises. Boot camp workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. Utilizing kettle bells, dumbbells, power lifts, and tabata exercises you will be pushed to your limits in a safe, yet challenging way. Back to Schedule


A great class to join if you want to work on your balance and increase muscle strength. Most of the exercises in this class are done from a seated position and it includes some balancing exercises and weight training. Different games are incorporated which challenge memory, balance, hand eye coordination, and agility. Back to Schedule

This exciting and dynamic class uses non-contact boxing movements as well as vocalization skills. Power exercises and strengthening are also incorporated and all can be done from a chair or standing. With quartlery testing done to show results and track progress join us for our very own program designed to fight back against Parkinson’s. Back to Schedule


Meditative movement is the combination of intentional breathing, conscious movement and fluid sequencing that provides you with a holistic mind and body experience. This class can be beneficial to reduce stress, improve balance and improve aerobic capacity. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Back to Schedule

Meditative Movement

A high energy class focusing on getting the body moving through full body movements, coordination, and use of resistance bands, all to the rhythm of music. You will be able to improve balance, general strength, and cardio. This is a fun class for all ages. Back to Schedule
