Our stretch and restore class is great for any beginner that wants to focus on flexibility, breathing, and posture. The exercises and stretches are simple and easy but effective for restoring your health. The class is done mostly from the mat and with light strengthening and techniques used to fix postural imbalances.

This is an exercise class that is focused on building core strength without bulk, improving flexibility, agility, and helping to prevent injury. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind. This class consists of full body exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying down position. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility.

This class provides an opportunity to increase your strength and endurance by focusing on total body high intensity exercises. Boot camp workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. Utilizing kettle bells, dumbbells, power lifts, and tabata exercises you will be pushed to your limits in a safe, yet challenging way.

A great class to join if you want to work on your balance and increase muscle strength. Most of the exercises in this class are done from a seated position and it includes some balancing exercises and weight training. Different games are incorporated which challenge memory, balance, hand-eye coordination, and agility.

This exciting and dynamic class uses non-contact boxing movements as well as vocalization skills. Power exercises and strengthening are also incorporated and all can be done from a chair or standing. With quarterly testing done to show results and track progress join us for our very own program designed to fight back against Parkinson’s.

Mobility/ flexibility is a head to toe class designed to stretch, loosen, and mobilize the joints and muscles of your body. Spending too much time sitting or staying in one position can cause joints to stiffen and muscles to shorten which can lead to discomfort and adverse long term health effects. This class will leave you and your body feeling refreshed and revitalized! ALL LEVELS are welcome. Chair options also available.
